Cayma Hakk\u0131 (\u0130ade)<\/h3><ul data-path-to-node=\"6\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">S\u00fcre:<\/b> Al\u0131c\u0131, \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc teslim ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihten itibaren <b data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"51\">14 (on d\u00f6rt) g\u00fcn<\/b> i\u00e7inde herhangi bir gerek\u00e7e g\u00f6stermeksizin ve cezai \u015fart \u00f6demeksizin cayma hakk\u0131n\u0131 kullanarak iade edebilir.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Bildirim:<\/b> \u0130ade i\u015flemi i\u00e7in <b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Petshop AVM<\/b>\u00a0\u00fczerindeki &#8220;Hesab\u0131m &gt; Sipari\u015flerim&#8221; panelinden iade talebi olu\u015fturulmal\u0131 veya <b data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"135\">destek@narda.cloud<\/b>\u00a0adresine bilgi verilmelidir.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"6,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Kargo \u00dccreti:<\/b> Cayma hakk\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda yap\u0131lan iadelerde, \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn anla\u015fmal\u0131 kargo firmam\u0131zla g\u00f6nderilmesi durumunda kargo \u00fccreti <b data-path-to-node=\"6,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"126\">ilgili sat\u0131c\u0131ya<\/b> aittir.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-path-to-node=\"7\">2. \u0130ptal \u015eartlar\u0131<\/h3><ul data-path-to-node=\"8\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\">Sipari\u015f etti\u011finiz \u00fcr\u00fcn hen\u00fcz kargoya verilmemi\u015fse, &#8220;Sipari\u015flerim&#8221; ekran\u0131ndan sipari\u015finizi an\u0131nda iptal edebilirsiniz.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\">\u00dcr\u00fcn kargoya verildikten sonra yap\u0131lan iptal talepleri, iade prosed\u00fcr\u00fcne tabi olur.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-path-to-node=\"9\">3. \u0130ade Edilemeyecek \u00dcr\u00fcnler<\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"10\">Mevzuat gere\u011fi a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u00fcr\u00fcnlerde (kusurlu olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcrece) cayma hakk\u0131 kullan\u0131lamaz:<\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"11\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"11,0,0\">Al\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n istekleri veya ki\u015fisel ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda haz\u0131rlanan ki\u015fiye \u00f6zel \u00fcr\u00fcnler.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"11,1,0\">Kozmetik, i\u00e7 giyim, k\u00fcpe gibi teslimden sonra ambalaj\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve sa\u011fl\u0131k\/hijyen a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan iadesi uygun olmayan \u00fcr\u00fcnler.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"11,2,0\">\u00c7abuk bozulma tehlikesi olan veya son kullanma tarihi ge\u00e7me ihtimali olan \u00fcr\u00fcnler.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"11,3,0\">Ambalaj\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015f kitap, yaz\u0131l\u0131m, DVD ve benzeri dijital i\u00e7erikler.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-path-to-node=\"12\">4. \u0130ade S\u00fcreci ve Geri \u00d6deme<\/h3><ul data-path-to-node=\"13\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"13,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"13,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Kontrol:<\/b> \u0130ade edilen \u00fcr\u00fcn sat\u0131c\u0131ya ula\u015ft\u0131ktan sonra; \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn tekrar sat\u0131labilirli\u011fi, aksesuarlar\u0131 ve faturas\u0131 kontrol edilir.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"13,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"13,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Onay:<\/b> \u0130ade \u015fartlar\u0131na uygun olan \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin onay\u0131 verildikten sonra, \u00fcr\u00fcn bedeli <b data-path-to-node=\"13,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"80\">10 i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fc<\/b> i\u00e7inde bankan\u0131za iade edilir.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"13,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"13,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Taksitli \u00d6demeler:<\/b> Banka prosed\u00fcrleri gere\u011fi, taksitli yap\u0131lan al\u0131\u015fveri\u015flerin iadesi ekstrenize bankan\u0131z taraf\u0131ndan taksitli olarak yans\u0131t\u0131labilir.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-path-to-node=\"14\">5. Hasarl\u0131\/Kusurlu \u00dcr\u00fcnler<\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"15\">Kargo teslimat\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda paketin hasarl\u0131 oldu\u011funu fark ederseniz, l\u00fctfen kargo g\u00f6revlisine <b data-path-to-node=\"15\" data-index-in-node=\"92\">&#8220;Hasar Tespit Tutana\u011f\u0131&#8221;<\/b> tutturunuz. Tutanak tutulmayan hasarl\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnlerde iade s\u00fcreci zorla\u015fabilmektedir.
